Is it possible to get an excerpt or brief of the article?
Key questions:
1. Will CNP participate in cr or to be more correct can it participate in CR?
2. If no, is CNP willing to be diluted?
3. Which cab is off the CR rank first? CNP or CER? I would think CNP as that could potentially put it in a position to subscribe for a CER placement. Also possible that they raise capital simultaneously (perhaps).
