I'll have a guess too!
I reckon it will be to SI's, at a discount, for a quick transaction.
SI's wont go for it at a premium, unless they are privvy to good flow rates or other excellent inside info, which i dont believe they have.
So at a discount, raising now to guarantee the $$$, instead of after flow rates etc, which are not certain.
