    That is mint and actually pretty close to my hopes i posted earlier :)

    Not too many extra shares, and gets the field underway as JH alluded to in BRR...

    hey wonder what's the deal with record date? hopefully only for those that are already in... and hopefully flow rates before we come out of TH to boot...
