not sure what SPP participation limits will be set for current holders.
There is an option from my point of view to participate in taking shares or underwriting the offer.
Underwriting option is when current holders who don't take up the offer, hence leaving a shortfall. I would would then be obliged to take some of that shortfall. Should current holders take up all their SPP then i would have to settle for a percentage fee only.
