    I agree with Jakspara, although the last one was a disaster, if handled correctly a share placement aimed at sophisticated investors or a new keystone investor can bring new players into a stock and generate further interest. But timing is poor especially ahead of a flow test announcement - maybe JH is much more confident than he appears and wants to advance as quickly as possible.
