I have to say that we should wait for the announcement to see the details but I do heavily concur with the negative statements made above (and I am invested so don't take pleasure in saying this).
This simply does not add up, if you were an owner in a company (as JH is) why on earth would you cap raise at this price on the verge of a major oil discovery if you were so sure about it? Why not wait two weeks until the price is 20c? It just does not add up, but there could possibly be more to it.
