Second page of the Trading Halt announcement shows it's for Cap Raising.

Some people have asked why not release the flow results before the cap raising. I would suggest they will go hand in hand. CTP may already have the Flow Results.

I'm certain we will see the Flow Results with the terms of the Cap Raising.

Most of us saw the problems by having difficult JVs. Perhaps CTP have decided to continue going alone for now, and need money to get something started in production at JW1.

It's my understanding that it's possible to set the rates for a cap raising ABOVE the SP. I remember this being discussed last time.

I'd rather wait a couple of days and see what the deal is, than immediately slamming the company without knowing any of the particulars.
