    I'm not sure what is so bad about Capital Raising unless they are running out of money or have negative cash flow.

    More money = faster production/extraction = faster result = faster & more revenue.

    If I'm missing something please shed the light.

    I think It is an opportunity for the company to grow and grab more shareholders and at the same time increase the company value with higher SP.
