Some attention should be turned to the leadership here.
Aren't these the same guys (not MD of course), who have presided over the massive decline in value and scarily delayed bank support (read Bank may have been considering pulling the plug).
Rectification of the balance sheet will give the bank a way out of this situation, the question needs to be asked how much of the funds will be left to be applied to genuine business building and post the bank taking its share will another recap be needed in 6 months ?
Recapitalisations demand change, why would anyone trust these guys with the company again ?
