    Spot on BS,

You would imagine the last 12 months alone, there are more than 100 bil+ of infra work in mining sector, give and take, the accomodation alone itself would worth somewhere around 10%-15% of the chunk. NOD just need to deliver perhaps a small chunks of the pie and 100% they are in the money. I realised i of the problem with NOD is their so called "integrated management and distribution network". NOD listed when combining few kit homes around Australia, then they acquired a few more including Rapley Wilkinson. Most of the directors who sit on the board back then happened to be the original owner of the kit home company and when SP go thru the roof most of the directors had cash them out apart from the big fat pay cheque they got. I mean if i were one of those "owner", i would quit myself after big cash up and set up a new company to, after all those original director are the one who is capable of develivering the project effectively, and not the so called new Management. The math is pretty straight foward, the "honey pot" is in front of their face, NOD management need to sell more homes and not keep squeezing the shareholder. There are more than 100 kit homes company in Australia now, not hard to combine a few and listed the Nomad no 2 IMO.

All the best to shareholders and i reckon sharehoilders should ring the M.D and ask him why he is not selling enuff homes to pay himself not to mentioned asking more from the shareholders!
