I agree NOD's performance has been one of, if not the worst out of the whole All Ords on the market this year, and I am sorry for anyone who bought shares before June this year.

True the current management is untested. Who's to know if they can even turn a profit this year.

But that's the bet we're all making. It's the reason why you buy CBA @$50, NOD @$0.13. It's a tradeoff between how cheap you think the price is, and hence a bet worth making, and the chances you think the company can recover.
