haha sorry, I should read the second page... often these announcments don't tell you why there is a trading halt.
With 11.6 million cash in the bank and the DFS due for completion in December (apparently), why would IBG need to do a cap raising now? Is the DFS going to be significantly delayed (and hence more money needed?)
