the reasoning behind a 24cps cap raising doesnt make sense, however I have seen dumber things done, so we have to wait and see.
You never know, at this stage it is just pure speculation and we'll all know what is happening prior to the lifting of the trading halt.
Im done posting until we know the actual details in fact, as otherwise we'll just speculate and get narky when we dont like each others explanations
