i would be gob smacked if the CR is at 24c, however it well may be
1. I dont understand why a CR is needed with 10m in teh bank
2. If someone wants a placement to get in early then i dont belive such a discount is valid
3. Directors buying at market couple weeks before
It doesnt add up, if it is a 24c raising i will sell my holdings as something doesnt seem right. Like most CR's in this market i woudl expect the SP to drift back close to the raising price
