While the market doesn't seem aware of the likely size of this resource, IBG obviously is. Confirmed when Nyrstar paid a premium for previous capital raising. Who is RBS (sorry for my ignorance). The directors obviously are trying to do the best for the company and shareholders so how could a raising at 24c possibly be an advantage to current holders. If this is indeed the case, what is the catch. Could it be an allotment of XXX shares at 24c in return for guaranteed debt finance of several hundred mill??? The plot thickens.
What happened to Robin Bromby, he should be onto this in a flash!
