no need for a capital raising on it's own. We have about 50m in the bank which should be sufficient to carry SDL though to when the funding/offtake agreements should kick in. The funding agreement will most likely involve a equity participation as well as debt provision.
A capital raising on it's own only further dilutes our holdings.
