    Look, I'm pretty unhappy about the way this has all been handled. But I think the best thing to do at this point is take up the shares that we're entitled to under this new CR, and apply for any shortfall.

    Otherwise I think we'll see the shortfall end up with some private equity outfit, and, oh look, Christian Lange is back in charge. What a happy coincidence for him!
