Time running out ,they will need to pay for the option soon.My guess is a placement to sofisticated investors,if its a rights issue they would need to move quick .VWAP over last month around 12.5 cents,if we assume discount of around 20%, placemnt would need to be around 10 to 11 cent range ,which was the figure that the substantial shareholder paid for their last parcel.A good story with Indonesia news still to come,but may be range bound short term on cap raising issue
