No its not happened.

Story is that company started announcing details of compling with chapters 1 and 2 being that company is moving from Health care to Mining as its core business. This won't happen until we purchase a mining site.

So what some others have pointed out is that should this occur we are required to have heads and tails at a minimum of 20c. Someone was kind enough to point out MOS which did the change.

So I was curious as to what others thought would happen to CEOO...
