There is no decrease in value for either holders post consolidation (if it is required). the act itself does not do anything. its the companies actions that effect holders, buyers and sellers sentiment.. now, yesterday and today...

I am looking forward to see the deatil (should we purchase, not i only say this beacause the future is always uncertain).

I hold CEO as i like the story so far. Its like any book that you start reading, bits come out all the way from the start to the end and usually the ending is good and you can't wait for the next book in the series..

For me its a good book so far..
