IMO the vendors will take shares plus another 3 million for working capital.......or ten million at 10 cents or 100 millions shares......add that to the fully diluted 677 (approx) now standing and we have have 777 on offer...or a mkt cap of 77 million.....i can live with that for 75% of a 6 km coking coal strike a stone's throw from China with a guru managing director
