They would have got it at a better price if the market had not tanked. The dilution is small, only 10% once you count all the options. ADU had two cap raising totalling 30% in about one year when shareholders like me thought they were fully funded to production.
I thought NMG might get greedy and issue 100m shares.
In the current environment there may be some retracement back under 60 cents because NMG is still far from derisked, at least until it has a positive cashflow, and the market is pretty awful.
