Information relating to the Line of Credit facility proposal flagged by management at the AGM, which seemed to indicate that there would be no need for a CR in the short term, was already in the public domain & easily accessible.

imo this thread title with such a vague questioning first post came across as a typical bait seen every few months on these boards. (CR / consolidation / takeover / yada yada)

Perhaps if bp's initial post had of included the additional information added in their subsequent posts i for one wouldn't have shouted them down so readily.
