Is there any way we can establish how much capital has been raised in the past 10 years ?

I have tried to do it from the company announcements but the figure seems so rediculous that I think that I have double counted in more than one instance.

My feeling is that the Board will be seeking to raise around $(A) 2 million (before expenses) at about 1.2 cents/share. Costs are likely to be high especially if they are lucky enough to find an Underwriter.

The apparent haste of the raising makes me think that the Board have an idea of the SPL decision and either want to get it done before any negative news is released or to be able to offer an undisclosed "carrot" before favourable news affects the SP. (INL certainly makes me a bit of a cynic if nothing else)

I doubt that they will offer to existing shareholders, either directly or through a SPP but nothing would surprise me.
