Lets just hope it is not the La Jolla Cove debarcle again. Been on this for many years. Already seen a drop from over 30 cents (fortunately I was in at a much lower price) and a 10:1 consolidation. Which equates to a $3 company now trading at 2 cents, accompanied by a fire sale of all of the mining assets and some of the IP. Phil needs to make ammends to his shareholders and produce a result to justify the $ millions he has earned while 'managing' this company. I hope we are not just seeing a dilution so Phil can continue on his merry way for the next 5 years.
