    Hmm some buying the last few days, and now a trading halt on capital raising and board reshuffling, 2 theory's

    Pattersons or another buying to lift the 8 day average so the offer price seems discounted..

    or i hope :)

    capital raising and possibly a new top share holder or partner who wants a board seat to watch over his new large investment..

    Or none of the above :D
