    Hi,

    The directors may not be taking up their entitlements but they are collectively subunderwring the offer to the tune of $110,160 (page 3). Judging by the apparent number of people who will not be taking up the offer, it looks like they will be putting their hands in their pockets anyway.

    I think I will average down. ;-(
