Any ideas on why cap raising was done instead of Creasy converting some more of his options. The cap raising is dilutive to all including Creasy. I understand at this SP level dilution is minimised compared to recent lower prices buy it is nevertheless dilutive. Is it that case that he doesnt want to take the risk at this point or are their other valid reasons
