Got my offer docs, now I just need to decide how much to fork out.
The doc says $15,000 is the max any one shareholder can apply for, and then says the BoD has discretion as to whether, & if so how, to make up for any shortfall ...
... so the $10,000 question is: is it worthwhile to ignore the 'max' and apply for more than $15,000, and in the event of a shortfall (which I wouldn't expect, but you never know) would the BoD allow such excess orders (ie, over $15,000) to be filled?
The world wonders. The question arises because I don't think we're going to see AHZ for sale at $0.020 again.
But then again, maybe we will. Crystal ball's a bit foggy.
