A billion shares outstanding here we come.
Of course it is a positive that they are able to raise cash in horrific conditions for small explorers, when many others don't stand a chance in hell of doing so (assuming they do pull it off).
If they are able to take it through to generating cash flow from Bologo, it might go OK. I am always wary when directors don't participate in share purchase plans, doubly so now.
