Cliffs Asia Pacific Iron is a registered Australian proprietary company limited by shares.
I don't believe Cliffs is the object of these moves. Cliffs have played a passive role over the years, even though they could have easily thwarted all previous dilutions by raising the shareprice to unattractive levels.
In my view, this is connected with the transfer of FAS' interest in GWR pursuant to a larger funding agreement.
