I know holders won't welcome the dilution but this could set the bottom for PVD from which it ultimately takes off when drilling gets underway in Morocco next year.
Much will depend on the terms of the offering and the number of shares issued but it could certainly make for good buying for those on the sidelines or just wanting to top up given the general short term weakness associated with cap raisngs
