At 3 cents with a free attaching option exercisable at 8 cents, the one for five rights issue looks very attractive to me. The Directors are also putting in more money which was enough for me to get involved in the underwriting side of this issue. Downside is minimal and upside is huge. If you are in at an average price of 40 cents, it would not take much money to buy some stock on market at or around 3 cents to bring your average price way down, especially whilst there are sellers about at these levels probably selling for tax loss purposes or even to take up the rights issue with the free option. Just my opinion.
