What do people think of the capital raising? Will anyone be taking up their allocation or even applying for additional shares if there is a shortfall?
My general impression of the cap. raising is that PYM is paying quite a high premium in order to get this done. These options are attractive but they are really going to put a cap on the SP going forward with over 200 million+ being converted if they end up in the money...
How effective is PYM actually going to be with these additional funds is the big question....
Any ideas?
