A quick question for the punters


As part of Fotios self appointed 1 mill loan and CN facility {conversion price now known @ 0.025c) he also receives any attaching securities issued as part of the recent raise.

So why aren't these options included in the total number of new options as outlined in 22 September announcement?

Does he only get the options if the notes are converted into shares prior to their expiry date or is there an alternate expiry date.

PS Surely share price has to be manufactured higher for recent raise to be taken up
