if it is a cap raising, it must be a mother of a cap raising to require trading halt.
dillution of existing shares is starting to become a problem, as you saw with yesterdays ceasing to be a substantial shareholder ann. from john gillon (non exec director ITC) his holding has been reduced from 8% to 4% because of recent cap raisings.
and unless you have doubled your holdings recently, you are getting less bang for your buck these days.
selling cheap shares to 'sofisticated investors' and not letting existing true believers taste some sweet honey is not how you build a loyal following.
but we'll see what transpires.
