the sell off usually occurs because cap raisings mean dilution. the more shares get issued after you bought, the smaller your piece of the pie.
On the upside they need money to grow and ITC appear to have been quite thoughtful.
Recent sp action suggests that a lot of the placement has been factored in.
ps: been buying all th way from 4c to 9c and hold for the long term with the odd trade.
