    Received a phone call from co doing cap raising (highly unusual) asking if I would be taking up my rights on offer .When I replied that I would not he came straight back at me. IS IT BECAUSE OF CURRENT MANAGEMENT .

    Looks like they are struggling to raise anywhere near what they want after the collapse in share price & the total incompetence of management . To me this a worrying sign.
