Cap Raising

With only $2m of the loan in cash available we can expect a cap raising announcement in the next few weeks.
I would anticipate in the region of 100m shares at around 4.0c as they won't be able to spike the price again so easily!!
I can't believe anyone would be suckered again but the fables they tell are extraordinarily good.
Either way I expect to see a share price below 4c during the next 1-2 months. Who knows after the next quarterly as they are a million miles away from being cash flow positive and look to be on the way to posting another big loss this FY.
MB will have time on his hands soon enough though as he's on record saying he will stand down from YBR if they don't make a profit this year and looking at their financials they have two shows.
The worry is he'll protect his job at TZ at any cost.
