    Well Udacha reserves came in on the low side and EPE must be nearly broke by now.

    At the AGM on 28-11-06 they will vote on resolution 3 to issue another 50 million shares at a 20% discount to qualified clients.

    At 3c sp, the new shares would be issued at 2.4c.

    The proceeds should maintain the directors lifestyle for another 6 months
