    Everyone, read the announcement.

    The shares are NOT being issued real soon. All it is is setting the company up to issue the shares sometime in the next year - if they want to.

    Just another prudent step along the way.
    My guess is that they will be issued in the 40's or 50's in the first 2 quarters 08.
