Seeing how they raised $1.2m just over 2 months ago and shouldnt need any more cash just this minute... my guess is that the placement is to raise the money stipulated by the Société Générale senior debt financing mandate:
"commitment to project development of US$22M in equity and/or subordinated debt, and gold hedging."
How do you think the market will react to a large ($22m) cap raising?
My guess is that it will like it because it means the project is GO GO GO!!!
