I am wondering why don't they get taken over? I am sure there are Canadian companies with lots of cash and mining expertise who could do a better job then the current board, who has limited mining expertise in terms of engineering. Jackson (non-executive) is a process engineer, who has not worked in the field for 22 years. Rowe (non-executive) has mining expertise. Edwards and Govey (executive) are geologists. Rowe at a salary of $35K won't put much time into technical advice. Edwards and Govey run the company.
I honestly thought this was an easy project to bring on stream since the mine was open until about 15 - 20 years ago.
There is lots of scepticism in the market about RED and the board does very little to change this.
I am wondering why don't they get taken over? I am sure there...
