Im picking that some new Sophs/Instos want in but are not prepared to chase the S P so have gone to the top table with their their wish and asked for a C R , this IMHO will be done as it ,
1/satisfies their wishes to get a meaningful stake,
2/gets newbies on board thereby spreading the story,
3/they have done their D D and like what they see,
4/gets more money in the bank which can always be used,
Im picking that these new shares will be issued at close to the current S P .
