It isn't really logical to see this as a pump up to get a better price on a share issue. That would mean that core s/h - owning more than 50% of the shares - put in good money to push up the price so that they could pay more for a share issue the company had to have anyway. Better to leave it where it was and pay as you go. We are in there because we see value - I believe $2+ - the share price was recovering as we moved towards production and the general market bought into the story. We haven't seen a deal yet so we have to move forward with more cash. Perhaps a little negative on announcement but this is a necessary step to get value.
