Guys there seems to be a lot of negitive sentiment about this.

For me i see it disappointing that us share holders are not getting the same opportunity as sophisticated investors.

In saying this is it not a good thing the sophisticated investors are open to the offer? If they reject it then we need to worrrrrry. I come to this conclsion because that i am not educated to understand most of the info on hand. I would think these investors are educated in reading reports, crunching numbers and RISK MANAGEMENT.

Apart from trading halt i have not read any notices to make things factual

keep chins up and be positive the coal will sell sooner or later.
