    Well of course not... as the announcement says the placement is to be made to Institutional and SOPHISTICATED investors, after reading alot of the rabble on this thread we certainly cannot claim to be sophisticated, hahaha

    Here is to hoping a few decent institutions make the plunge into the darkness that is Linc...
