Why would anyone think Beach would participate in a cap raising...

    Why would anyone think Beach would participate in a cap raising at anything over 3c, or rather 1.5c if it is on a 1:1 basis? Their stated view is DLS is worth ONLY 3c. With a dilution factor surely it is now worth ONLY 1.5c to Beach.
