    I sold to Beach on the promise they would sharpen their offer.

    They lied.

    However, fact is that DLS is not strong.

    The recent drilling success, or otherwise has seen the stock skyrocket then crash

    DLS are being played with by traders and others

    If there is a cap raising today announced and beach do not take up the offer, what does that tell you.....

    don't shoot me, but wait and see what happens
