remember poor quality thermal coal in Mongolia exists in abundance its in the ground and will stay there for many moons -that however wont stop promoters/financiers spinning a yarn for the gullible once the insiders are 'set' ...caveat emptor and i suspect there are a number of companies that fall in to that category - i would suggest that investors spend a bit on consultancy with good reputation and experience in those parts ..its well worth the effort.. Re Capital Raising : i wouldnt be surprised to learn that ME has already lined up the funding- i know of three overseas Funds that will take it up and there are no doubt others incl trade players... For those interested i am in for the long haul and a middle term [end 2012] objective of 40-50c ps , assuming that resourc statement due Q1 2012 stacks up
